Molex Fiber Optics Inc. (Downer's Grove, IL) has signed an exclusive North American manufacturing agreement with CIE Deutsch (Paris, France) to produce and market CIE fiberoptic components such as the OptoClip--a broadband, mechanical connector. . . . Fiberoptic and telecommunications network test, measurement, and preparation-equipment manufacturer IFR Systems Inc. (Wichita, KS) reported first-quarter revenues of $19.8 million for FY1996, an increase of 15% over the previous year. Earnings for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $408,000, up 122% from the same period in 1995. . . .
